Cloth Diapers Program

Did you Know?

- One child will use 6,000 disposable diapers from birth to potty training, which equals to one ton of garbage. Using cloth diapers will reduce the quantity of waste sent to landfill.

- Disposable diapers take years to decompose.

- Thousands of trees per year are cut down in Canada to make disposable diapers.

- Disposable diapers use more water for production than washable diapers do. This water is disposed of and contains chemical pollutants.

- You can save approximately $1,500.00 per child by using washable diapers
